While extracting juice from the lemon, it is advisable to include some of the skin and its pulp. The property of the lemon skin encourages cleansing and it serves as a haemostatic. The Grade B syrup has ample amount of minerals and vitamins. The cayenne pepper will break-up the accumulated gluey mucus onto the intestinal walls and hence cleanse it.

Psyllium is a shrub like herb and its husk produces the soluble fiber that has been in practice as safe and mild laxatives. When the husks are introduced into the water, they swell forming a mass that helps flushing wasteful matter and other toxins towards rectum and then with feces, they are expelled out.
